Visited late on a Friday night. I love the fact that the kitchen was still open till midnight. The place was packed, the guests were really enjoying the live music, service and the food. The dishes I had trout on a bed of lentils and a side of huge croquetas were delicious and of perfect portion. I felt at home.  I can't wait to go back to try other dishes. Very attentive staff. The menu has a great variety of quality plates to chose from but not overwhelming in quantity to include their cocktail menu. Great for a solo diner, couples or meet up with friends.  Metered street parking and expect a little wait on weekend nights, but totally worth it.

Came in early for happy hour,  and had a very nice experience! A bit dim, but sets a certain mood that works! Had a few cocktails that were extremely well executed and elegantly presented.  Chose 4 items for the charcuterie board, and everything was delicious! Great vibe and non-pretentious crowd.  Will be back for the live music! Thanks for a great time!

Great ambience & drinks. Loved what they turned this cute little spot into on coral way. The live music is also great! The menu needs more variety and healthier options. It’s very heavy and over seasoned. The trout with seafood lentejas was just too much overall. The trout was completely lost with all the vinaigrette and squid ink. Not good….but the cheeseburger was up there with some of the best in Miami.

Great classic drinks and cocktails. Great food at decent prices and sizes. Great bedside manner by the bar tenders. Live music and when not not too loud to have a nice conversation and business deal. Highly recommend if you are tired of pretentious places in miami

Absolutely a spectacular experience. From the host to server and everyone in between. Service was spot on, food was delicious and the presentation of plates very classy. Very simple menu but all bases covered and bar selections outstanding. Highly recommend giving it a try and you make your own decision, but you won’t be disappointed.

I visited The Gibson Room with a friend on 8.22.22, we sat at the bar and had a wonderful time! The staff was very pleasant and well trained on the very original and absolutely delicious food items, as well as on the sophisticated cocktail list and backbar selections. There is a special vibe in The Gibson Room that transports you somewhere else other than Miami with it's live music, decor, lighting and offerings. I look forward to coming back to this establishment as they truly deliver a unique experience and would highly recommend it.

Went on a Friday night, super cool vibe with music! The food and service for sure deserves 5 stars, the trout is delicious! The tamale in cazuela and Caesar salad are a must too! only getting 4 stars because the wine selection could be improved, but overall a very local restaurant/pub/lounge worth checking out!

What a great experience on our first visit to Gibson.  The food, the service, the music; all perfectly matched to transport you wherever you want to be. The atmosphere took us to different times and moods, thanks to the combination of music from different eras: blues, jazz, soft instrumental rock. The food outstanding. Only three dishes, all really good. The tamal, the short rib and the flan made it to our table. The drinks were The Right Hand, perfect to my taste and The Penicilline, a bit too smoky for me, which reminded me of mezcal, that I'm not in love with. In summary if you enjoy good music like i mentioned and interesting food you won't be disappointed. I will definitely return.

Hate to say it...because it is a small place and I might have issues getting a table ... but it is exceptional. Great bar...Great music...and the food is out of this world.  The tamale is something to definitely enjoy......everything is great.

I have been to The Gibson Room at least 3 times already. It has become my neighborhood bar walking distance from home and they serve incredible food, my favorite was the Tamal en Cazuela and the burger is one of my favorites in Miami right now. We had an Aperol Spritz and The Gibson Cocktail with table side service and they were delicious. The live music nights really make it special and overall it's an amazing experience, Miami finally has something that feels like Chicago/New Orleans vibe.
