Gino and his team are absolutely amazing. They found us a beautiful house. They were patient, very honest, and treated us like family. If I ever sell my house there is no doubt in my mind that I would not pick Gino Bello Homes. Gino Bello, Gerry Magnarelli and staff are absolute Westchester real estate superstars! Having both worked with them personally and referred them on multiple occasions now, it's easy to see why the Gino Bello team is a leader in the Westchester real estate market. They bring the experience, (many transactions handled) diligence and expert marketing and negotiating skills you need when you are buying or selling a home.

Gino Bello and his associate Gerry Magnarelli are by far the best realtors I could've ever asked for. I was looking to relocate from Brooklyn to White Plains, and they helped me to purchase my first place. From the beginning it was apparent that they were very passionate and knowledgeable about their job. They were honest, patient, and anticipated my needs when I didn't know that they even existed yet. My journey to home ownership was plagued by some hurdles; some seen and others that left me feeling devastated. As a result, there were many times I wondered wether to just throw in the towel. They never let me do that though. They worked tirelessly on my behalf, always keeping in touch with me to see how things were going. One of the things that I appreciated was that they made me feel valuable as a buyer and not just another potential sale to them. They took the time to get to know me, both on a professional and personal level.I love the tight knit crew that they have established. I never once felt stressed, or out of my element thinking that I'm moving to a new place and basically don't know anyone. They recommended some of the greatest people that I've had the pleasure of working with- Frank, Adele, and John just to name a few. Even after my purchase, I can still call them with any questions/ concerns and not feel like I'm being a bother. It was truly my pleasure working with them. They'll be my agents for life. Gino and his team are absolutely fantastic. Their knowledge of the Westchester market is unparalleled, and they are extremely supportive and responsive through every step of the sales process. This was our first experience buying/selling real estate and Gino/Gerry made it very easy for us. We were selling a relatively old house, and despite that had over 20 showings in the first week and multiple offers shortly thereafter. Don't think this would've been possible without their dedication. I would highly recommend Gino and his team for anybody looking to buy or sell their home.

This is the second time I have dealt with Gino Bello. The first time I was the buyer and the second time I was the seller. Both times the transactions went very smoothly. Gino and the entire staff at Gino Bello Homes are extremely very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns and were always available to take my call or answer a text message. I have complete confidence that I received the best advice and achieved the best available sale or purchase price. In addition, Gino recommended the attorney, Frank Salvi, who handled the closing. I would not even consider using another realtor in the future and would highly recommend Gino and his associate Gerry Magnarelli.
