Very expensive for what you get. They spend time with you and "measure" your feet and then supply a "custom" insole. As a previous reviewer stated it is a mass produced plastic insole that they charge $300 for. Non-returnable, and I was told it would take a couple of weeks to make a difference. I bought it, desperate for relief from plantar fasciitis. Never made one iota of difference. Save about $250 and get the blue superfeet insole. I felt relief with that insole almost immediately.

The staff is very helpful and willing to answer your questions.  There is no pressure for a sale and they really want to help.  The work with you to figure out where your problem is and what they can do to help.  This is not a one size fits all place.  they work to fit their product to what you need.
