I had great experience at the grove city location. The employee that worked with me took her time explaining all the information that was needed and explained in detail the three step system. I was  hesitant to purchase the whole system, but she explained they would hold  my sizes if I needed to think about it and come back..I did end up purchasing the 3 step system because I like that I can put the middle support in my dress shoes for work .I am very satisfied with the supports I purchased and very satisfied with the way I was treated by the staff.

I wish to write a review of Rose Vacheresse the arch support specialist at Good Feet Stringtown Road. Rose is excellent. She is professional and very knowledgable. She took time to explain every detail and what the good feet system can do for me. She made me feel very comfortable with my purchase yet she wasn't pushy and was very understanding .  I want to compliment the Good Feet people for hiring such a valuable employee.  Rose is an outstanding representative for you store.      Thank you, Bob Richards, Lancaster, Ohio

I bought 2 pairs of shoes along with the recommended orthotics around the end of March.
 4 1/2 months later the bottom of the shoe starts to pull apart from the shoe. (I would post a picture but it doesn't give me the option) I went back to the store to show the manager what was going on with the shoe. He was nice but wouldn't do anything to make it right. I have bought shoes from Fleet Feet that lasted longer than these! Over priced and the company won't make it right. They stated that shoes only last 6 months - while this may be true, I had surgery in May and didn't go anywhere for a month and when I did wear shoes it was the slip on type. 
Do NOT buy! The quality is poor! And they are overpriced!

Overpriced overpriced overpriced. The product works fine, and the staff was friendly, but I regret paying SO much for orthotics when I could've found something much less expensive that would've done just as good of a job. I respect paying for quality parts (which is why I initially went for it), but I have been in plastics manufacturing for quite some time, and there is nothing that justifies the outrageous pricing of these orthotics. Their foot imprint test was less than scientific, and that is what they apparently use to measure which orthotics to prescribe. Of course, they don't issue refunds if you're dissatisfied... only store credit. A lot of good that does since all they offer is orthotics and shoes. All I can say is shop around before agreeing to buy.
