Went in to buy some goodies for Valentine's Day. Went in, no customers. Sales Associate saod I will be with you in a second as she was dialing the phone. Waited and waited while more customers arrived. She asked the person in back to come out and help. She never did. I finally left. Glad I did, what little they had did not compare to the other store across from the Post Office. It's true good thongs come to those who wait.

How these people pass themselves off as a gourmet bakery is beyond any and all comprehension. It hurt to give this horrible place of business even one star. The employees are rude, hateful and without a customer service bone in their bodies. The cake ordered(with a picture provided and email communication) looked nothing like the actual cake presented. Many requested items were missing. Quite frankly, one YouTube tutorial video and we could have done a better job. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, run.... don’t walk to the competitor located next to Olive Garden.

I have never had an issue with this place. I have worked retail and I know the girls that worked up front today were really nice and efficant. Their line for paczkis was long but worth the wait. The frosting is really good too. So moist. :)

Overall the delivery went well and the end result of the wedding cake and cupcakes were great. The issue I had was with the communication. The coordinator left and there was little to no communication, I had to track them down for final details, etc. They were not very proactive through the whole process. The drop off of rental items was also a mess due to their open hours. Most people get married on Saturdays, having a drop box would be helpful as to make it easier to drop off in a timely fashion.

Have ordered their mini cupcake variety box on a number of occasions, have had their donuts, and full size cupcakes and have never been disappointed!
