The Grwat Cookie stand is a staple in any mall, but, especially at Towson Town Center! I can't resist the urge to leave with some fresh baked cookies. My go-to cookies are the snickerdoodle, chocolate chunk and the butter crunch. I wish the prices weren't what they are, but, I can't complain about them good cookies!

I asked for the M&M cookies and he said they wouldn’t be ready to cool for 15 minutes I said no worries I can come back. I turn my head for a second and get these raw cookies in my bag. What in the salmonella?!?! Get it together! These cookies are too expensive to be raw.

If I could fire the person working today I would, just because he was rude! It’s company policy to not give a customer fresh baked cookies? It’s company policy that you can’t warm them up instead of charging per lb for some cold, almost stale cookies?  Real cute. I’d much rather go into a storefront where they have time to at least zap the damn cookies for 10 seconds.

I went to the location in the food court and got a bucket of cookies. I had them mix both butter crunch and snickerdoodle. Both kinds were undercooked. Upsetting after spending that much money and then not enjoying them.

Went to the Towson Mall location today around 3 pm. The young man serving cookies had his mask pulled under his chin. I politely asked him to please pull it up while he completed my order. He repeated the question incredulously. When I repeated the request he refused to serve me saying "this is why I don't do the register".  The second employee came over  -her mask was also off - I explained I work in Healthcare and lost three people to COVID that  morning and would she simply pull her mask.up She replied that wasn't her problem. Then I simply said this is your job why does someone even have to ask. She moved to the next customer saying she wouldn't do it just because I had a problem. EVERY other restaurant in the food court had the people who at the front serving food masked. I understand people pulll it down if no one is there. But to  adamantly refuse when asked on this climate of rapidly expanding cases is beyond comprehension.

I use to love this place. Cookies taste great but the cs I had today on 08/03/19 sucked! I asked their prices, he said depends on what , and after a minute he finally told me. I said that's what I wanted to know and then argued about how I wasnt specific. Seriously!!!!! He needs cs classes! The cookies with designs looked thrown together! A manager needs to check their work! Above all, no receipt!

The best Snickerdoodles in the world. The cookies are costly at $16/pound but they are worth it. This location is in the food court on the third floor. This is also a cool place to get a cookie cake made for a special occasion.

Linda and Kayler were my servers and they were very helpful and kind!! The cookies are so delicious, I prefer the M&M ones! Good baking tasted fresh

Tasty cookies, staff was friendly. Ordered one of the massive cookies with custom art work. Very well done with attention to detail. Took about an hour for the massive cookie with artwork. Heads up: the black icing stains.

Ordered a cookie cake for my coworker. The service at the Towson location was great and the cookie was nicely decorated but man was I disappointed with the taste - it was dry and hard and just not good at all. I’ll stick with Giant next time.
