The beers here are very well made, and they have a large selection of products available in bottles as well to purchase. There is a larger bar upstairs but I prefer the small bar down below for the more intimate feel. They sell a good selection of shirts and hats. Though they lack the cozy house and large courtyard you get at Bonsai, it is a great little stop in town to grab a beer while your wife goes shopping!

This brewery is a gem.  A few of the finest: Bluebird Day which was bright and cheery like an apple dutch baby on Sunday - sharp. Lumbersexual - not as hot as it sounds in theory, a lot like real hipsters. Fred's - Like the end of the night at Fred's sweaty and boozy.  Guy on a Buffalo - Redeeming and beautiful.  If this beer had arms it would be Michelle Obama arms.

I don't typically like beer. So when my husband asked me if I wanted to go to the brewery while we were on our honeymoon, I wasn't the least bit excited. However, the beers I drank that day changed my life. They were by far the tastiest, most refreshing beers I've ever tried. The only thing I'd change about my visit would be the attitudes of the wait staff. They weren't very patient and didn't really seem like they wanted to be where they were.

Our company (HyTech Production Ltd.) booked a private tour and tasting with Great Northern and it was an excellent experience. Katie was great to work with on the initial set up, it was very simple and straightforward for me because she was so organized and prepared for the logistics to host our group. Marcus was our tour guide and the feedback from everyone was that he was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and dynamic, and engaged well with our group. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and very much appreciate the effort that went into creating a positive experience for our team.
