Very rude and short. Not helpful. The woman act like they hate their job. They do not want to help you. People that treat others in such a way should not work with customers. They are a buntch of cranky old woman.

I used Green Branch Florist for my wedding in July. I got my bouquet, boutonnieres for the men and corsages for the women. The boutonnieres and corsages were great, just like I wanted them to be. But I was extremely disappointed in my bouquet. When I saw it on my wedding day I thought it looked a little goofy but was so preoccupied with everything else going on I didn't think much of it. I just received my wedding pictures this weekend and my bouquet looks terrible in the pictures. I had a bouquet of white lilies, but only maybe a third of them were open so my bouquet looks like a couple white lilies and a bunch of bananas. My husband and I now call it my "banana bouquet". Ha. Good thing we are easy going and can laugh about it, but honestly I look at my pictures and it's all I notice now. And my bouquet is in ALL my pictures. I live in Glen Ellyn and always support local business, especially family owned, but I wouldn't recommend Green Branch to someone looking for wedding flowers.

I called The Green Branch to have flowers delivered to a friend for her first day at a new job.  I called and the store directly as I know that if I used the website they have to pay a portion to teleflora and I prefer to support local businesses directly.  I gave them a budget, the type of flowers and they did the rest.  The knocked it out of the park and delivered a spectacular arrangement that was beyond my expectation.  I was blown away by the attention to detail of the arrangement and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have flowers delivered.  A grade A+ job and I could not be more thankful for their job well done.  I truly appreciate their efforts and will use them again for sure.  Thank You The Green Branch!!!!

Great options, great quality, great price for all that you get. Easy online order process and flexible delivery times makes it my go to when sending flowers to someone in the Glen Ellyn area.
