Great service and fun local dive. The fried pickles are the best I've ever eaten. They use thick pickles so it's not all batter you taste but rather the tangy taste of the pickle.

Best fried pickles I have ever eaten. Burgers are bigger than I could handle. I'm definitely coming back. 

Only bad thing was they were out of several beers and I had to settle for a regular one.

Our waitress and all other staff were SUPER friendly! This was the absolute BEST burger I have ever had. And those fried pickles were to die for. I will definitely be visiting again!

The food here is great, but I have to give 1 star because of how bad the service is lately. The service used to be a lot better. I was left on hold for an hour just to order a burger by phone on one occasion. When I hung up and called back the phone was off the hook. 

The next time I wanted their food I went to the restaurant and the service was atrocious. I sat at a table for 15 minutes before we even got drinks, and I left after another 15 minutes of waiting for the wait staff to take my order. If the next time I try them, because I probably will try them again, and their service has improved I will adjust my score.

This is what makes Glenrose great.Quaint and unassuming yet serving homely breakfast, lunch and drinks.You cant go wrong here.
