Terrible people that lied to me. I was told that it was 25$ per person for a background check and because it was for one piece of property I would get 50 back if we weren't approved. I was told this twice over the phone I sent in the check. We weren't approved they refused to refund the money.  Don't do business this the organization. Liars

I had terrible service when renting through them. If I could give zero stars I would. When I put in my 30 days notice they would tell people to come drive by my house because it was avaible, which I did not appreciate because I live alone (which they knew) and seeing strangers peek through my windows was very unsettling. Cathy, my property manager was awful. She kept calling past tenents about my rent/showing the house/ etc. and when she was given the correct number she made no effort to call the right number, still called last renters. Leaving the messages. 
I will never be able to recommend the grove team to anyone and have a clear conscience.

We stored our things at the facilty off of Oregon street by RoadRunner. The day we moved out most of our belonging were trashed because of water damage and one unit had been broken into. We also found a wall punched out from the unit on the other side. (Someone tried to break in) Called The Grove Team to ask what they could do to help us. Said nothing that we should just file a report. Never came down to inspect. Never apologized on their behalf. Was just told I should have called and reported the leak sooner. If your going to rent from them check your things monthly. ALSO! Keep every single receipt you give them. Lady tried telling us we owed $400 (4 months for two units) and had to prove we didn't owe them squat. I would think with that kind of "debt" they would have locked our storage units. Awful awful experience.
