It is an excellent community resource for mental health issues. The staff is very professional and attentive to the client needs. If I had a kid that needed to go to rehab I would recommend this place

Great staff and insight to my addictions.. However, 28 days wasn't enough for a Lifetime of abuse. Definitely opened my eyes to recovery.

I received services here several years ago when I was homeless in and around Flagstaff. There were several wonderful providers and staff on the treatment side. 

But when I went to the "other side" for help with Disability and other benefits I was treated horribly. Two staff treated me as if I was there to scam the system, one mockingly asking "And what's wrong with yooooou?" Neither seemed to understand that mental illness is invisible, in the mind, just because someone does not "look" mentally ill does not mean that they do not suffer from mental illness. Both behaved towards me in the most unprofessional manner I have ever received anywhere, completely ignored the doctor's diagnosis, and imposed what I felt to be arbitrary rules on me. I refused to bend to their capricious designs and I am convinced that they undermined my SSD application. If I had had the finances and wherewithal I would have definitely sued over this, it set me back psychologically for at least a couple of years, and still after years of homelessness and applying for jobs, I am without an income. 

For one thing I DID not get the benefits and services I may have been eligible for, but the second thing is that I DID receive medication management and was able to see a doc regularly.

I was there and the treatment wasn't to bad but not as good as Pintop. I think they could have done a better job on taking blood pressure on a more contestant bases but over all it was alright.Some of the staff were a little lazy but there was some good staff there but they can work on some things more.

This place is not very  professional and they make it hard to schedule appointments which they don't go though with and they don't take the issues you have seriously
