Went there a few times it’s fine however got raw chicken once whatever, just threw it away cause I’m not driving back. A couple weeks later I get ahi tuna which is cooked medium and they give me a completely raw and red fish. They said that’s how it’s cooked, couldn’t get remade because I have to go to work and couldn’t get refund because I threw away receipt. Get a new chef

Really bad attention to detail. I’ve gone in on two different occasions and ordered a double char with 2 extra patties, but they never add the extras patties. WTH Habit!!!! So disappointed in y’all!

Bad customer service and raw food. I ordered a tri tip sandwich and they served it with only one side of the meat cooked. The rest was completely raw. They would not give a refund. This was on November 12 2022 at around 7:30

Stopped in with a friend for a no-frills lunch. Our burgers Original w/cheese & BBQ-Bacon w/cheese were ready within 5 minutes, the fries were perfect and our Pumpkin Shake was delicious. The counter staff was great but the order kiosk refused any and all attempts to pay causing us to go to the back of the line that formed while we were attempting to place our order and wait at least an extra 10 mimites. That situation, in addition to the lack of ANY attempt to give the dining room character, is what prompted the low rating for 'atmosphere.'

This rating is based on the pretzel pub char. The restaurant itself is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pretzel pub is a seasoned chargrilled beef patty on an artisan knotted pretzel bun with white American cheese, ale pub mustard, caramelized onions, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and pickles. In my opinion, the bun is very big and takes away from the taste of the rest of the burger. It should also be warmed up a bit because it should have been easier and more enjoyable to bite through than it actually was. The cheese is a nice touch with the mustard. The onions should have been caramelized more. Again, really can't tell you about the meat because of the bun. IMO, this burger was not worth $9. Will come again to try something else.  Vegetarian options: They have impossible patties

Staff was busy completing a large order that obviously overwhelmed the staff. Should of made customers aware of the large order prior to ordering. Spent 20 minutes waiting and order was not close to being made.  Had to cancel my order and find something quick to eat.  These crazy large orders are for catering and not retail.

Second time I purchase a salad a this location and the last. It was poorly constructed and some ingredients missing. I know this is a burger place, but I have had salads at other locations and they have been fine. I will just go elsewhere unless I want a burger.

All my meals from here, have been take out app orders, always ready and as always very good. Staff very friendly.  The restaurant itself looks clean, as dose the the outside eating area.Food: 5/5

best place! my food was delicious, i recommend the Grilled chicken sandwich!! the fries were crispy and fresh , wonderful customer service.
