I’ve been to this Habit before and always had good experiences. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich, fries and tempura green beans which is always a great meal.  The last time I went I was dying for a cheeseburger so I gave in and got one, we’ll as you can see from the picture I think they forgot the hamburger patty. I went to jalapeños on it and this is what I found, I showed it to the manager and she said, “bummer they’re making the patties smaller.”  I said, “are you sure they didn’t forget to put it on the bun?” I’m done with the place, for what I paid that day it was no worth what I paid which wasn’t cheap. My friend had the grilled chicken sandwich and the pieces of chicken were so thin it was ridiculous. I’ve always enjoyed the food at Habit but they’ve cut back too much and charge over $3 for a small soda! Update 1/17/23: I went to get fries and a milkshake, as I sat eating an employee stood behind the line I think she was the expediter she was eating food off of ordered food with gloves on. So we double dipped with spit on the gloves? Not just once but continuously. This is definitely “where’s the beef?”

The veggie burger is fantastic. The burgers, not so much. The service at each location is inconsistent. Some people are knowledgeable and helpful while others seem like they're just there for a paycheck at times but most of the time it's pretty cool :-Food: 4/5

I placed my first online delivery order on the Habit Burger Grill Website on October 9, 2020 at 5 p. m. I downloaded the FREE app on my Apple iPhone XR my cell phone.  My order was one Char burger with American cheese that included lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on a toasted sesame bun. This burger was very juicy and delicious all the veggies, the char burger and American cheese blended well together.  I also ordered one serving of regular French Fries, a refreshing Coke soft drink, and a Strawberry Milkshake with whipped cream.  The French Fries were crispy and lightly seasoned. The Strawberry Milkshake with whipped cream topping has real strawberries infused in this milkshake. The Strawberry Milkshake flavor wasn’t too sweet and it was very delicious. My online delivery service order total price was $24.00.  I received my delivery order by Habana the delivery driver. Habana was very personable and friendly. I was also sent text message alerts that told me the time my food order is going to be delivered to my home yesterday. That’s a great idea.  I was very happy with the delicious burger, French Fries, Coke, and the Strawberry Milkshake with whipped cream. I will definitely order from the Habit Burger Grill Restaurant online delivery service again soon.

My mom wanted to go to In & Out. Yuck! Took her here & we both agreed. Better Burger & fries than that other joint!Food: 5/5

I hadn’t been here for a long time.  When my family and I walked in we were greeted with great customer service.  The food was delicious.  When we were leaving the cooks in the back even wished us a great day.  They made my day.  Will definitely be back.  Thank you Habit staff for making my lunch a great one.  Keep up the good work.

Just ok. Had the ahi tuna. It used to be thicker and juicy, charred and pink inside. Now is thin, fully cooked- although they tried to just sear it. Green beans have a much heavier coating on them. Disappointed and will just try a burger next time.

THREE WORDS: SKIP! RUN! RECONSIDER! We got the $30 Family Meal, waited a lifetime ok, 25 long minutes, and ended up greatly disappointed. Let’s dive in…  FRIES: Off the bat, the first thing we tasted. Snuck one in as I got in my car… Fortunately, I wasn’t driving when the cold, hard, and slightly too salty fry hit me like an unexpected Oscar slap. Like, so rude! Pictured were overcooked fries and let me be honest, it looked better than it tasted.  BURGERS: Small, semi-cold, but promising… After I nuked the burger for 25 seconds, it tasted delicious, I almost forgot the aftertaste of the overkilled fries. Almost.  SALAD: Presentation looked good. The hostess/to-go packer said they were making my salad, we were going on 20 minutes already! Unfortunately, I lost my appetite and put it in the fridge for later. Much later.  OVERALL, there are plenty of other places where you will get the bang for your bucks… Aunt McD and Uncle King are available.

One of the employees was eating food from the orders while working the drive thru. I saw her eating while handling fries, which were open unpackaged. She did not wear gloves or make other sanitary adjustments when handling food. In addition, she forgot a part of my order. Honestly, I normally like the food here, but this is just unprofessional and unsanitary.

Such a clean atmosphere, plenty of seating, and good service and food is great. I always like when the condiments area remains intact until closing. The staff was taking it down super early. When restaurants do this it always makes me feel in a hurry to eat, even though it’s not near closing time.Food: 5/5
