Too funny.. I called  to ask  them if they do perms and the lady was like.."no english sorry"  mind you the are in a mixed neighborhood  of whites/blacks/latinos  how the heck you dont know english.. And why would you allow  a person who dont speak English  to answer  the phone to answer  inquiries.. wow.
