Very fast and efficient service. We had the crispy calamari, miso soup, Venus roll, and the Siam Street Noodle entree. The calamari was average, not very much flavor. The miso soup and sushi were fantastic. The noodles were okay, but definitely lacked flavor as well.
Enjoyed their Vegas and Cabana rolls. Service was quick and the sushi was pretty good! The waitress was attentive and quick to refill our drinks and I appreciate that.
This is some good sushi here in the Orem and Provo area. The staff is friendly and the food is quite decent. It is a nicer venue but it’s location in the Riverwoods is good. I would recommend coming here to anyone!
All the sushi was amazing and they had a great range of different rolls. Unfortunately some of the other dishes lacked flavor and I definitely wouldn't eat them again.
Super excited to visit this place based on reviews and it was a total flop !!!! We started we appetizers Tempura calamari: had no flavor , it was quite greasy Edamame was meh in that sense that it was way too salty my HBP went up just looking at it We proceeded to order our entree’s Siam street noodles with shrimp Disappointed with this dish Had more red peppers then noodles , noodles were a bit chewy and there was really no flavor , they were bland …. All in all I would not here again… itto has much better flavors and nicer more attentive servers !!! With that said I gave the restaurant
We were traveling in the area and my wife had heard about this place because she loves sushi. Things started out really well because we were told initially there would be a 35 minute wait and we only ended up waiting about 8 to 10 minutes. We were waited on within a normal time frame and they took our order. My wife ordered her sushi and I ordered a sweet and sour chicken with tempura style vegetables and rice meal. It really wasn't that crowded and there were several empty tables. They also seemed to have ample people working. I saw at least 8 to 10 out front. Anyway, It took quite a long time for our meals to arrive, maybe 30 to 40 minutes. I took a bite of my chicken and it was cold, The rice and vegetables were cold also. I am talking about they were not even slightly warm. I approached our server and he did offer to have the dish redone. I declined because I was already going to have to wait and watch while my wife ate her sushi and I didn't want her to have to wait for me when my meal finally arrived again. When I declined he asked me what I wanted done. I told him I'm good we'll just have my wife finish give us the check and we'll leave. I think maybe since this place specializes in sushi there's not a really good coordination between the place that cooks their hot meals and their cold sushi. Because I feel my meal, based on the temperature it came out, had set for at least 15 minutes before I got it. This is all good, things like this can happen.. we were disappointed. I would have appreciated at least an apology though. Even though he did offer to recook the meal I never did hear an apology. We might try them again another time. It might just have been a bad night.
My husband and I are sushi connoisseurs and we love to explore all the sushi places wherever we go, even with our typically small budget. This place is by far our favorite sushi place ever!!! Best tasting sushi we've found recommend the Mia roll. Plus the environment really makes this a great date experience. It has the look and feel of a higher end place with unobtrusive music and cute little cubbies with curtains. And real flowers at the tables! Their servers are also always professional. Given all that, the cost is remarkably cheap for the whole experience. My favorite restaurant ever. Hands down.
The food was amazing. I bet they've never seen a group five people down so much sushi so fast. The atmosphere and decor are much nicer than at other sushi places. Dietary restrictions: I was able to order carb free sushi with cucumber instead of rice, and it was very good. But then I tried the other rolls with rice, and they were even better, so I did not stick to my diet that night, but I could have.
Great food. Lots of delicious rolls, and plenty of options for people who don't like sushi. Service is inconsistent. Atmosphere is unique, but mid...Worth it for the great food.Food: 5/5
The food has been on a decline for the past few years, unfortunately. Service and atmosphere was nice, however.Food: 3/5
