I would not recommend this dental office due to the unethical policies upheld by this office. My family lives one hour away from this office so we take our appointments with this office very seriously. My daughter had an abscessed tooth in August and we had to wait 6 weeks for her appointment to get a root canal. My husband took off work and my daughter missed school for the appointment, but when they arrived they were told that her appointment had been filled with another patient. They said they called to "confirm" our appointment the day before and didn't hear back from us so they "cancelled" her appointment and filled it with someone else. I have never heard of a policy like this. If I had wanted to cancel the appointment I would have called myself to do it. I didn't appreciate that they took the liberty to do this on their on. What they did to my daughter is not right. I understand that they need policies to protect themselves from patients that don't show up, but it should be a policy that states that if the patent isn't going to make it to the appointment they need to call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment so they have time to fill it. It seems to me that their policy is more about making money than the welfare of my daughter who was once a patient in this office. It is sad when you put making a buck before the welfare of your patients. I wouldn't have given them one star, but I had to in order to post this. SMH!!

My daughter is currently a patient at Happy Tooth and is very happy with her orthodontist. They have been very good to deal with from the parental standpoint and I would recommend them to other prospective clients. The quality of the work has also been exceptional. I would have given them five stars had we been further along in my daughters treatment. I could have then seen a bit more accurately what the final outcome will be. I'm sure that the final star will be appropriate once my daughters treatment is ending/complete.

Very poor customer service.  They do not provide accurate information.  I would not recommend this location to anyone for braces!

Happy Tooth has been wonderful with my 88 yr old Dad. He's been well taken care of and the staff (Mandy and Dr. Radford) are wonderful.  They take great care of him and also let me know all the details of his treatment. Preventative care is now in place and I am thankful that I found this office.
