Great coffee and breakfast. Customer service is amazing too, especially Guale, fantastic customer service!  Update: I lowered my rating from 5 to 4 There grill seems to be broken. They have also given me the wrong soup. I ordered chili and was given loaded baked potato soup instead. I don't eat pork, so I wasn't able to eat it. Their lunch is ok, but not as good as their breakfast when the grill is working. We tried their burger and turkey Avocado  sandwich and it was ok. Fries and the Mac and cheese were decent.

Whether I am an employee or patient here I think the food quality needs to be better. Yesterday I ordered chicken Alfredo, I get down there and they’re sticking my food in the microwave to cook it, it was inedible and I was compensated for it. Today I go get chicken strips, there is slime inside the chicken strips. Our patients and staff deserve so much better than this. I watched them pull an already cooked hamburger Patty out of water, like seriously?

So the customer service needs to be re-taught. The fact that you blame me for your technical issues and refused to help me with the situation and acted as if I was a problem is beyond me. You are here to serve. And the one who was doing the 4th or last register near the pop machines was really and extremely rude. Ma’am I come here every other day. The least you can do is figure out why the machine is doing what it’s doing or call a supervisor but you did not. Please remember your WHY!!

Usually very willing to accommodate order changes. If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirements just ask them and I am absolutely certain they can take care of you. They have been more than willing to modify food items for me multiple times in the past. Once I even brought in my own toppings and asked them to make a pizza out of it. They did, it was great.  Staff is super friendly and the food is good, though I do wish they still had their old style of nachos!

I do not recommend at this time. I work near this café and visit 2 or more times a week for breakfast bacon, oatmeal, bagel and/or lunch soup, salad, pizza, turkey burger. The menu is spectacular, food is good and prices are decent, but the customer service subpar and today I was able to see why.. leadership. I go to exchange an item I purchased the day before and they appear reluctant to do so.  As I am explaining why directly to the manager, she begins making remarks to her subordinate and never once directly addressed me. "Well, she makes these daily so..," and walks off, again never looking at me or speaking to me. I directly ask her a question and she again ignores me and directs her answer to the cashier. This is not good customer service or care and a poor role model of putting the consumer first.  You will no longer have my business nor will I conduct any future meetings with colleagues and associates here, and if asked my recommendation, it will be a firm no. This is not the first time a complaint has been given about the way this manager speaks or does not speak to both customers and employees.  Management and employees should conduct customer service trainings, which includes how to engage and speak to those of different cultures. You never know you are serving or in the presence of.

We were expecting to have breakfast before Chemotherapy, but the lady that was working said we aren't serving food from the kitchen, so now we're Hangry, we wanted biscuits and gravy, not a sugar laden Danish. Don't depend on this place for breakfast.

Not only do the menu items change frequently recipes, preparation, the service is super slow, even when using the Tapingo app. I recently ordered a pizza to-go. This usually takes 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I inquired about the hold up. I was told the pesto drizzle was being prepared and it would be ready shortly. Ten minutes later? Still no completed order. I asked for a refund. Although I received my full refund, the manager was unkind about the transaction and acted as though I was at fault. I will never return. I understand mistakes and communication glitches occur with every business. But the piss poor attitude and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If you work in the OU-HSC area, avoid this place.

I work nearby, and this place is a favorite lunch spot of mine and my co-workers. The food and service are great, and they even accept call ahead orders. I occasionally pick up their cookies and cupcakes to take home to my kiddos. They love Healthy Hearth too!

During our mothers treatment we have eaten at HH numerous times and food was great. We were very disappointed when we went recently. The food was cold, serving of soup was half full and other menu items were mediocre. Has management changed hands?

This place is anything but healthy. Everything is laden with sugar. There isn't a single healthy option on the menu. Also, the place where I tasted the most disgusting tomato soup in my life. Tomato flavored syrup, to be more exact.
