I searched through the web to find a solid attorney, and then I came upon Chad.  He is extremely personable, and very honest. He told me exactly what he thought, and his objective for my case.  The entire process was seamless, and he did a fantastic job. He was able to put me in an amazing spot for the circumstances I was facing (speeding ticket). I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. If you are wondering whether or not you should choose Chad, do it now! You will not regret it.

I'll try to be concise here as I may not have enough space to thoroughly dictate my high opinion of Chad's expertise. I was falsely charged with Obstructing Official Business by Columbus, Oh PD to cover-up for their incompetence and mistakes in stopping my vehicle. CPD had the wrong location & I didn't fit the description of 2 white males reported by an eyewitness as I am a black male. CPD surrounded my vehicle, pulled me out & ganged me causing multiple injuries 1 in which I needed surgery to recover from. Chad heard my story in his office & was immediately able to discern that I was truthful & constitutional and civil rights had been violated by CPD officers. Even with the immense misconduct and mistakes by CPD the prosecutors office refused to dismiss the case, thus condoning the officers misbehavior while knowing that I had done no wrong. 
This is where Chad stepped in and defended me in the first trial with everything stacked against us. 2 prosecutors opposed Chad during this which indicates how important it was for them to win. The judge also was against us and somehow the jury was made up of city related people favorable to police. The judge allowed prosecutors to enter totally fictitious evidence even though Chad informed all of them that it was improper. They didn't care as they wanted me guilty & lying was their specialty. So, they got their way and Chad appealed the case and won a Unanimous decision in the appeals court overturning the unjust guilty verdict. However, the city's prosecutors decided to to prosecute me again. 
During this 2nd trial Chad Hemminger executed a defense that was worthy of a movie script while being outnumbered by prosecutors 2 to 1 (& keep in mind the judge gave pros every argument including keeping the press out of the court room so technically this could be 3 to 1). The CPD officers at the prosecutors helm did what they do and testi-lied to try and make their position appear plausible. Chad started with the 1st of 3 officers on the stand totally obliterating her testimony leaving her with a shamed defeated look on her face after being exposed as a liar. It appeared that the judge felt sorrow for her as she wanted CPD to win this but the bleeding had already started. The 2nd CPD officer came to the stand and Chad's onslaught continued as he impeached the testi-lying of this officer at least 3-4 times as he lied to try and make the story favorable for their charge against me. If this were a sporting event it certainly had turned to a total rout of the prosecution and CPD officers at this time. But, Chad wasn't done, they still proffered up 1 more officer for the slaughter & boy she did not disappoint us:) She stayed true to CPD form telling lies that she didn't think would be noticed and some that were just too big and too easily disproved with a simple playing of CPD's dispatch recordings. Chad executed a truly merciless cross examination impeaching this officer so bad that I even noticed a couple of jurors slightly shaking their heads in disbelief that the officer would tell such an atrocious lie. If this were mortal combat, truly all officers and the prosecutors were bleeding out at this point & nothing could repair the proverbial wounds that were opened by this pellucid & surgical dissection of the CPD officers lies. Afterwards, nothing was left but the crying and the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict in less than 40 minutes after starting deliberation which indicated to me that their decision was a no-brainer due to Chad's onslaught of the officers. 
In conclusion if you want a lawyer that's not afraid to turn it on when needed then Chad is your man. He listens to what you have to say, considers it, then will inform you why he will or will not use it. If you know in your heart that you've done no wrong then you need to contact Chad Hemminger.

Chad did an amazing job representing me on a traffic ticket a few months ago.  I would have been in big trouble had I gone it alone, but with Chad's representation, I left with a small fine and no additional penalties.

He has helped several people I know, and all have had great experiences.  I would and often do strongly recommend Chad to anyone who needs representation.
