Story

Farm to table restaurant located in Historic Halifax, N.C. We serve modern dishes that are Southern inspired, made with a carefully curated selection of NC's finest food products. We are dedicated to NC agriculture and to the revitalization of our beautiful, beloved historic town!

All of our food is cooked to order. Therefore we kindly ask for reservations for Friday and Saturday night service as we use this to help us with food orders and staffing. So, thank you for your understanding.

We had a great meal and a wonderful experience. The decor was fascinating to look at and play with. Our waitress, Becky, was excellent. She gave informative advice to help each individual choose the right entrée. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My regret is that we do not live close enough to frequent the place ourselves. Job well done!

Our waitress was pretty good, showed good patience while I sampled a couple of wines. Unfortunately never heard of any of these wines before and I settled for one to stop taking up waitresses time. The food was okay very small on portions. The dessert - Pineapple cake was awesome. But it proved to be too pricey for the meals and small portions. The atmosphere was comfortable and nicely done up. All in all I'd give it a "7".

Really cute place in an out of the way town. Pleasantly surprised and boy was the food great. Service spot on and some of the best coffee I have ever had. Well done!

Fresh food.  Beautiful restaurant with A lot of history.  A must eat at, if u are in the area.  It does not disappoint.

First time dinning here, hostess, atmosphere an food was wonderful but you need to Add a Side Salad to come with the meal an some type of bread. Was surprised to just get your entree an that's  it! Yes they offer Appetizers. 8/4/17
