Serena was my agent and I could not be ANY happier with the service I received! I recently purchased my first home and Serena made the process stress-free. The home buying process can be daunting; I felt completely supported and confident throughout the entire process.  My job does not allow me flexibility with the hours I work, so an agent with a flexible schedule was a must. Serena made time for me after work, sometimes working into the evening to make sure I saw the properties I wanted to. I love their website set up, there was no time wasted viewing properties I wasn’t interested in because I could pick out my favorites. Her negotiation skills came in clutch when there were multiple offers put in for the property I wanted. We had the pleasure of working with Aubrey Carro as our agent with the Heuser Team and can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish she was understanding of our needs and what it was we were looking for (we were fairly specific!) She understood that the market was moving very quickly at the moment and was more than willing to get us to see homes as soon as they came onto the market so we could be quick to make an offer.  

When it came to our offer, we were willing to spend more, but based on her (and her co-workers) efforts to get a solid view of what the house was truly worth, she saved us money by not letting us over offer on the house.  Then, when it came to asking for repairs to be done, she convinced us to ask for more than we were going to ask for, and the seller agreed to most of the repairs!  She saved us around $4k in repairs.

All in all, we loved working with Aubrey & the Heuser Team, they were always there to help when we had questions and they also kept us in the loop either with phone/text messages or their emails letting us know exactly what to expect throughout the whole process as well and what we needed to be doing to keep things moving smoothly.  Also, all the signing until the actual closing was done online, so it was very convenient for us since my wife is out of town for work quite a bit.

If you want to buy a house, do yourself a favor and call Aubrey and the Heuser Team!

I was recommended to Serena by a friend. I couldn't be happy with the service I received. She is very down to earth, I can tell she really cares for her clients. She goes to extra step to help you out in whatever situation you might be in. My husband and I were in 2 different locations trying to buy in Las Vegas. Serena worked very hard to find the right house. Everytime I had a question, whether it day or night she was always quick to respond. Vegas is a pretty hard market l, but with Serena's expertise and work ethic our house buying experience went smoothly. I will recommend Serena to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

What an experience.  Tom is GREAT to work with.  Excellent at his job.  Highly recommend him if your looking to sell your home  Knows the market and how to negotiate your deal for the best price  Managed to sell my home for the largest price my home style had sold for in more than 8 years!, and for a substantial amount over and in a matter of weeks not months.    Helpful in all area's including getting any repairs you need  set up.   Will pitch in with what ever your needs are.  Tom even loaded my moving truck with the help of his nephew, now that's going above and beyond.  You won't go wrong Selling or Buying with the team of Tom & Serena Heuser.  Could not ask for better representation.

My wife and I enjoyed very much working with Tom Heuser and the Heuser team. This is because of their attention to detail and dedication to their client and their profession. At every moment we knew that they had our best interest at heart, their continued hard work let us know that they were not ever going to give up on us achieving our dream to move and start a life with our family elsewhere. I would most definitely recommend the Heuser team for any of your real estate needs whether buying or selling. The advice that was given through each step was priceless and made the entire process possible, and Tom's multi step action plan makes your success possible. We can't thank you all enough because now we are on our way to starting a new adventure the next chapter of our lives. Thank you Heuser Team!
