The apartments are nice on the inside but their a little small. The construction here is unbearable. It's not just framing, its the heavy equipmemt driving back and forth. The blasting of rock, sifting stones and moving dirt. It starts at 6 or 7am all week and most Saturdays. I've lived here for a year and a half and it isn't going to stop anytime soon. 

We haven't received one courtesy email apologizing for the noise or giving us a timeline as to when the construction will stop. Not even when the blasting was right out our back door and was shaking the whole house. It's just a business to the owners and management. They seem to forget that for us tenants they're our homes.

Maybe its better if you live in one of the older units but if I knew better I would have never rented this unit. The only reason we resigned the lease is because we didn't want to move again. However we will not be resigning again this year. They really aren't worth the money, there are better units out there for the same price.
