St pita's and the Columbian truck are my favorite places at the hitch. They also have other trucks for BBQ, burgers and stuff. A great place to eat when the weather is good. I like to hop between Mediterranean, colombian and Asian trucks which could only be possible at the hitch in SMTX.

I always eat at the Hitch. I always try to switch around which trucks I go to. The people are so nice and the food is always tasty!

Wide range of foods, all of which are delicious. BBQ, Columbian, Asian, snow cones,  and some highly recommended gyro. Affordable for fast, good food, as well as friendly workers who are willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions they can

Great place, Smoked Out BBQ makes one of my favorite meals in San Marcos. Unfortunately the snow cone truck which was conveniently tucked away in it's own corner has now centered itself at the hitch. The bees are not okay. C'mon now, don't fix what isn't broken. When not swatting bees, it's a nice, relaxed, place to grab a bite.

We're regulars of St. Pita's here and love it! The rest of the trailers seem to change regularly but other than the fro-yo one (which serves plain Greek-style yogurt without fruit/juice/honey/vanilla/any flavor, which all the kids I brought didn't like), most offerings look delicious. A couple of big plusses: the river/park is right across the street, and the Farmer's Market is here on Tuesday afternoons!
