I work retail and the first thing you have to do to make sales is greet your customer. I went in there with the full intention of buying my son shoes but since we'd never been in there we didn't have any idea if you just bought what was on their wall or if you were able to get whatever they had in your size. Don't know if this is how they operate on a daily basis or if it was because it was late into their day.

My husband and sons walked in, looked around for shoes and was never greeted by the guys who worked there.  They planned to spend a good amount for several pairs of shoes, but took their business elsewhere.  If you can't open your mouth and speak and playing on your phone and laptop is more important, this place doesn't deserve your money.  Very disappointed as this place had come highly recommended based on selection.  Professionalism is not apparent here.
