They were completely out of the 2 items I needed for the job I'm working on. 15" non faced insulation and the wire lath mesh 36"x150'. I didn't have time to wait around for someone to pull product out of the overheads so no insulation purchased and had to buy the more costly alternative to the lath wire. What I do appreciate is how helpful Antoinette was. She was great. The store really needs to check their top selling items and have the stuff on the shelf before they even open. I have to find another Home Depot that has the insulation I need in stock and on shelf.

Why is this store different than most? I have been there twice in 24 hours; late in the evening Saturday , then again early Sunday morning. Both times I was casually and comfortably asked if I needed assistance from every associate available. Lynn in the Paint department is phenomenal! She assisted several customers before me with zeal. She must work 16 hours in an eight hour day. Please don't change the function of this location.

Actually have been impressed my passed couple of visits. Not quite sure what management is doing different lately but, people on the floor actually seem to be knowledgeable and eager to help. Has been a different yet quite pleasant experience. Called up prior to going to see if they had what I wanted and prices. When I was walking through with my cart with some items on it, I was asked by two different people, "Are you the one who called? Did you find what you were looking for?

My husband and I tried to order our kitchen from here. Syd was nice and helpful but the contractor was useless. It’s been 6 weeks and nothing. Playing phone tag with a flaky contractor and down $150. So disappointed

Jonathan helped cut some wood for my kids bunk bed support. He was very nice and friendly. Was happy to cut a couple extra cuts even after loading the cart. Thanks Jonathan! Great work!!
