I found what I was looking for on my own. Would be been nice to had some help. There was literally no one around. I seen more customers today than HD employees.

They take about 30-45 minutes to help you start loading heavy items with a pallet jack. I had to find the person who loads twice since he was called over the inter com but never showed up. I would recommend talk to a supervisor directly to get those guys to do their job.
