Can't get down isles without the staff asking if they can help . The store manager has turned this store around and has made it very enjoyable to shop . I am very glad the staff knows where everything is and takes you to it .

Horrible customer service!! Refuse to honor prices they have posted on sale items because they "forgot to change the price". Will drive to Lowe's for everything we need from now on!!!

Usually have good deals with helpful staff when you can find them. When you do receive help they really do try and help the best they can at that department.

I rented a backhoe for a week. At the time of rental, when signing the electronic disclosures, I was told verbatim "click OK and initial." I was not informed about the optional Damage Protection for which I was paying, nor was I offered any operating manuals on the equipment. I feel this was a deceptive opportunity to sell me insurance coverage which I would have definitely declined. When I took the equipment back, another employee told me he was unable to open the contract back up to remove the charge. I will not rent any equipment here again.
