Good selection & good prices. Service can range from good to pretty bad, depending on the employee. My biggest complaint is the poor inventory control. Often, their website or app will show items in stock, but cannot find any at the store. Also, items are often mixed-up or out-of-place. I realize that's often due to customers, but the employees need to do much better at keeping their departments in order.

The corporate office should step in retool the entire operation. 
Long lines at the cashier are the norm. 
Ask for help, and you will see them running for the break room. 
But that's ok, they are all dumber than the fence posts they sell.
I have tried to explain that the money in there pay checks flows through their slow  cash register. They don't care and I even had one say that to me.....

Only what you can expect at home Depot: too big to find what you need easily, I prefer my local hardware store

Hey... It's home depot. They might have what you need... maybe. You can forget knowledgeable service or any kind of politeness. Considering the location, I'm  sure staff gets beat up by customers daily.
