I never thought I would be so fond of a home improvement place! We got our new carpet from here and they were so helpful with helping us find exactly what we needed- guiding us through the process without talking down to us. Also, we have discovered their kids' DIY workshops. What fun! My kids love these projects and they feel so good about themselves after they finish the product. The projects are easy enough for us rookie DIY parents to supervise. Love coming here!

Not helpful. Was looking for faucet repair part and stopped employee to ask where to find the part. He simply said "over there in bin 6 probably". I can understand if that is not your department, but ye could've called someone more knowledgeable. Will go to Menards to see if I get better service.

We shop here on a very regular basis, and we always have great customer service. Though a bunch of their stuff is a bit more pricey, their tools last much longer than brands in competition.

I really appreciated the help that Forrest gave me in selecting flooring and that she was so knowledgeable regarding the different products. Everyone today was extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Deserve a 0 star rating, I went twice to buy a tool on sale and neither time I could get appropiate help, nobody  knows anything.  The employers are uninterested on their job and the leadership is missing.   I would by my tools on Menards or on Amazon next time.  I want local business to thrive but  home Depot dont deserve my business.
