I have mixed feelings about this location. In a previous experience,  my bf asked for help locating a specific part for a gas water heater and was given the wrong part, twice.  Then the other evening, we ended up here looking for a Christmas tree. There was a very nice and helpful man, believe he had a 4-letter name (Raul, maybe?) He was already busy cleaning the garden area and gladly dropped what he was doing to help prepare our tree to be netted. It was evening time, not too far from closing and sure he was tired but never showed it. He even wished us a Merry Christmas. We were VERY pleased by his work ethics. We didnt like the male MOD that evening, we were watching his demeanor and came off rude towards employees. He questioned the work of this young male employee who was obviously already working around the seasonal section.  HD always had a special place in my heart because I used to work at the Mission store during Hurricane Katrina/Rita era and was given the opportunity to work other HD stores in Texas,  Louisiana and Mississippi. But this isn't what I remember how we worked and helped each other.

I wish i had lower stars. This place is horrible, after dealing with a million people, i ask to speak to a supervisor which it was Clarissa. OMG the worse person you can talk to. Very bad manners and bad bad customer service. I will never go back to this store and will not recommend them. Please people go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

The young lady at the service counter was kind enough to find a tiny apron to put  the guest card I purchased. Nice to meet someone who "goes that extra mile*

i needed a plywood shelf for my shed. no one would cut the plywood. not HD, lowes, not mcoys. i have a car and cant haul a 4x8 sheet. whites lumber hardware in port isabel cut it and only charged for the plywood. i picked up nails screws and sealant while there. 5 that is 5 stars in my book.

Went over to get some garden products advised cashier in the garden center to call someone for help, help nerver arrived good thing Lowes is around the corner.  This place (home depot) has very poor customer service .
