Fantastic! Ordered a new toilet over the phone with Anna's help. She is amazing. Ordered it at 1:00pm and it was delivered at 4:30pm the same day. She has fantastic people skills. In addition, the delivery man was professional, courteous and a real gentlemen. AlL in all a great experience. Kudos to the 59th street HOME DEPOT!!!

This is a standard Home Depot Store. As usual it is well organized and Usually it is easy to find things, especially with the Home Depot app. Some items that show in stock on the app may be hard to find if it says “ask for help from store employee”.  As is usual for a big box hardware store, knowledgeable employees are in short supply. They all are courteous and as helpful as they can be.

this place is terrible 
its kinda funny because the staff on the floor is very nice and helpful
but ironically when you deal with customer service you get these arrogant employees who want to do anything but help the customer
i was literally denied a return because i used my license too much LOL 

on another note 

i had a quote from their home services 
this guy was RUDE!!!!!!

walked around my house
 told me to shut my dog up!
had to ask him to leave 
after getting a ridiculous quote on my gutters and siding 

and also although i am not a veteran myself 
they do not support our troops one bit
if your a veteran you'll know what I'm talking about

DO NOT GO HERE

I like to Home Depot in East Setauket I go there all the time I know where everything is the people that work there are friendly and nice it's clean always well stocked

The  store manager Val is awesome I had an issue and truly went beyond to help me when LOWES wouldn't. He even helped me load my truck A++
