I went to the Home Depot to find a topper for a lamp to hold the shade on
 I didn't know what they were called. Home Depot has all the lamp fixtures conviently located in the aisle with the lamps. Their called lamp Finials. Home Depot made that easy.

It was spacious and we'll labelled but you pretty much had to figure out what you wanted by yourself. However, the staff we asked for help were very courteous and precise about info. Good shopping experience ultimately!

Home Depot need to have more people who is will to help customers. I had to go to 3 different people just for some one to help me. After waiting I got fed up and left. Never have this problem in the white areas... Just Not Happy At All..

In general, staff are not knowledgeable about home improvements or parts/accessories. Check out is faster than Bloomfield and the store is cleaner than Bloomfield. Go to Union, Bloomfield or Clifton if you need customer assistance.

Worst customer service experience. Seems no one care about customer want to spend money.  Over 30 min just to get someone to tell u have to go to a def store to get help .
