I've had the best experience here. Mr White (sales associate) was awesome in answering questions about the decking boards, & Al (Pro specialists) was great in setting up our order (We needed to check a few thing before we completed). Next day we spoke with Alex to complete the order and set up delivery. Got a couple more things and checked out with Alex (super friendly and helpful). Great job. Really hoping I'm this happy when everything gets delivered.

We used to only get out things from here but I have to say the last few years they've gone down hill and today was out final straw. The flooring girl with the tattoo on her chest was so unprofessional and treated us like we were idiots. Train your staff better to handle their selves appropriate and both flooring people were on break at the same time so we waited a good 15 minutes only to be talked down to. We will not be back and definitely not for flooring. She told us that someone wearing heels left imprints on bamboo flooring, uh oh this is the case no one would have that floor. Bye home Depot!

This is one of the older Home Depots around town but they do carry most things that you'd expect to be carried at any other store. The layout is different than most others but once you figure it out it's pretty good. The staff seems pretty willing to help you find what you need.

I had to go here to return an online item for an exchange and was a huge hassle and waste of time. The original order was paid partly in cash and partly in gift card. They refunded the cash but would only give me store credit for the gift card portion. Only kick was the item is only available online so the funds were useless to me. The old lady, I'll call her Betsy, was always hesitant to call management down and she said to contact online help to convert it to a gift card. I call online help and they say that was false info and the local store has to give it back as a gift card...so back to the store Round 2. Get there and have to work with Betsy again....who says management is conveniently in "a meeting" and I will need to come back. I tell her I am not coming back and to get management to fix the issue. She gets on here walkie and magically the meeting had already ended minutes before so the store manager comes down and gives me straight cash. Moral of the story, stand your ground and ask to talk with management immediately. People like Betsy are incompetent and will waste your time and gas in return trips.

When I had to stop through Kansas City to get some projects done, first step was checking all the Home Depots’ reviews in the area. This one had the highest (4 stars), so off I went. After stopping in several times, I am pretty sure they are the best HD in KC. Employees regularly check up to see if you need help, or politely start small talk to better your experience. I was especially impressed with Angie’s knowledge and service in assisting me; I loved chatting with her and wish I lived here so i could return often.
