No star review first of all I went in to return a drill and the warranty that I bought that was not functioning properly on the jobs that I needed to do I asked the tall dark haired guy seem to be in charge of the floor time don't know if he was the manager or not to help me pick out a drill that would work for what I needed  I had to ask him several times to help me with the drills seems like it was a huge inconvenience for him to help me pick out the right drill out of 40 or so  they had on display. I nearly had to beg him to help me find one that would work after they me to the other side of the building then sent me back again  to customer service 2 times no luck  changing the drill and the warranty that I bought after the tool rental girl who is really nice and the customer service girl who was really nice got back on the phone with the manager, he would not update my drill which was not functioning properly for the jobs that I had to do it's too bad he made that choice because I'm just getting ready to outfit another crew spent $1,000 Easy On Tools here this last year I was getting ready to spend another  $3,000 alone just too outfit 3rd crew I'm definitely not going to spend it West Sacramento Home Depot because they wouldn't take care of me on the drill and warranty that I purchased which was around a $200 package they just lost thousands of dollars worth of business from me I will loan and also inform my employees not to buy anything there it's too bad because my business is really expanding who knows how many thousands of dollars because of poor choice. Sister gave me a store credit with receipt for fixing her PC went to Home Depot to purchase a couple things. Found out could not use unless person who received store credit was in the store. Spoke with manager this is a corporate policy. So store credit can only be used by Sisters husband who lives down in Lodi. I will not shop there again. I will go to Lowe's from now on. Home Depot just lost a long term customer. I was even going to visit Home Depot to install lawns in the front and back of my house. They just also lost thousands of dollars of my business. I will also tell people not to shop at  Home Depot. I also work for a school district and will ask them not to use Home Depot anymore for district or personal supplies.

I like the selection of products. Stores are usually stocked pretty well. Workers are normally helpful the finding one in the department you're at it's not always easy. Today the paint department went out of its way to work with me.

My experience was with the doors/windows dept. Unfortunately, the salesman was not versed in customer service. The experience was maddening because he couldn't adequately understand or explain how to get a special offer processed on a couple of doors that was expiring on 9/20. It was more like we were bothering him. Oh well, we ended up going to Lowe's where the customer service was better.
