Prices are higher than when you can get online, but it's nice to be able to see and feel things in your hand before you buy it sometimes.

Drove 22 miles tonight to purchase a table saw..... checked web before driving out to confirm store was open. Myself and numerous other people were greeted by an employee "sitting" in a pickup truck yelling they closed early, because there was "a party tonight". Really??....... take the time and adjust your website if you are changing your hours of operation. Its called consideration.......

One of two hardware / Lumber stores open past 4pm on Sundays so that a huge plus. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful staff make it a easy and pleasant shopping experience, and they even have staff that will cut your Lumber to size if necessary for free.

I went here to buy a home, but it turns out that Home Depot doesn't sell homes. They sell stuff you can use to build a home. So I bought all the stuff I needed to build a home and asked them to put it in the property I owned nearby. They didn't seem to understand. Apparently, they don't build the home either. I had to build the home myself. So, aside from lacking in service and the name falsely advertising what it sells, I was happy with my purchases.
