FANTASTIC customer experience! Got a used car from a friend and the battery in it died. The battery was only 1 year old, and was still under warranty, but my friend lost the receipt. I took it in to see if I could get a warranty replacement, and they wanted to see the receipt. I told them I didn't have it and needless to say, they found a way to make it work! They exchanged it for a brand new one. That's some excellent customer service! Definitely would recommend!

So much quieter and easier to shop there.  More employees than customers but fewer employees per department than at other HDs.
