My Employer (Southern Value Engineering) has used this Home Depot for years. It's a great place with a wide selection of construction materials. The Pro Desk is awesome. Great people except for this cashier named Michelle. Very rude. If you are having a great day or have a question avoid her. That's my experience.

When trying to order a large order for contractor pick up online failed, we went directly to the store. Spent more than one hour online. The store customer service department encountered the same problem. Spent more than an additional hour there in the store. Only thing good to say is that the store customer service clerk was calm and patient, although her patience was severely tried. No need to put both customers and employees through such nonsense. Giving the 2 stars just for the clerk.

Simon was very courteous and helpful but everyone else was rude and unknowledgeable. No one knew where anything was in the store and tool rental recommended the wrong buffer and all they could tell me was to look on YouTube.

I must praise Tim, the flooring specialist. We were planning a major rehab with tile and wood. Tom was extraordinary with his help, guidance and his knowledge surmounted a few hiccups we had. He is truly interested in the outcome of our project And did everything in his power to see it through. Clone him !  The delivery truck drivers were professional, pleasant and very helpful. The tile installer, Joe Frazier, was the epitome of the perfect contractor. On time, courteous, with an expertise beyond compare. Also confided with us small tips for the care and repair of the installed tile. Kudos to Joe. !
