They are in the midst of changing this store to be a "trial store." Meaning, they will not keep as much lumber in the store as usual. I spoke with the manager about the concern, and they shared how they would have "fast shipping" to the store. How is fast shipping going to help me when I show up to this location and have the desire to pick up lumber for any construction project? 

Not only is this a major concern, but the way in which the manager dealt with the conversation was not respectful. I am fine with practical change, in fact, love it. But not things that will only add a negative disruption to my daily life.  I am highly disappointed in this Home Depot location.

They  "re-organized" everything which makes it exceptionally difficult to find anything! The previous layout was easy to follow - now they are turning some of the isles sideways, making it much harder to locate items. It took me at least 5 times a long to find the 7 items that I came in for! A big thumbs down.

Visited today to get thinks and saw that you are going to changes around. WHY??? They're just fine the way you had the store. Employees I talked to said that there is going to be a big difference,  even a Starbucks???? Again WHY? IT'S fine the way you have it!!! Do not like it so far today, what will be like in March?

Great garden department always seems to be fully stocked. The employees are also very helpful.  This is a great location with easy access, huge parking lot.

Three associates standing around in the customer service area and not one offers to help. Instead they ignore me for 15minutes and than when I don't give up and walk away like others they reluctantly ask what I need.
