Poor service, brought a New John deere D125 ride tractor on November 2017, received a phone call a day later from store supervisors stating there a little scratch on the steering wheel. This a new JD tractor, agree to give discounts for a scratch steering wheel. After its deliver had battery charge overnight, was so excited, fill up the gas tank to 1/2 gal. Checked oil tank notice it was completely empty!!! Look under the tractor also notice a greasy black residue and a rusty deck blade. Went back to home depot to talk to the store manger, explaining what the issue is. He apologize and gave a quart of oil, got home at night fill one qrt of oil and the next morning, notice a pool of engine oil underneath my new JD tractor!!!!. Not a happy camper!!!! Call up the store manger, he agreed to get me a replacement. I'm still waiting it's march 2018. #@#.

Aweful service! Purchase a 140lbs shelving unit (absolutely huge) and was told someone would be out to help me load into my car. After waiting for 20 minutes out side In the rain by the exit door of the store no one showed up. So I rolled the cart with the shelving unit and about 10 other items I bought to my car. I then struggled to cut the plastic support sraps around the box. After getting help from a stranger who offered to cut them with his razor I unload each heavy piece and after another 30 minutes in the rain loading each part of the shelf Into my car. I used the cut plastic ties to tie down my trunk and had to have the 2 main upright brackets (over 6' long) hanging out both of my rear windows hanging out about 8" from each side of the car windows. I Drove home in the rain with both rear windows all the way Down. Would not recommend buying anything at Home Depot if you require an employee to help you load your car up. Will go to Lowes next time to see if their service is just as bad. Home Depot is a joke.

Jason came through for me! So helpful. Needed to lower a bed for safety for an elderly person. I had come in from out of town, so had no tools. They were able to cut me some plywood sheets that worked perfect. Very nice. Very helpful staff. I was so appreciative of their help.

I agree with Michael's reviews; Home Depot is a joke. It is hard to find a sales associate for assistance. I thought I entered someone's playground and not a place of business, I rated this location two stars instead of one because Spring was an exception to what I just stated.

So, here's the situation. We purchased high end appliances a couple months ago and although my salesperson was very nice and patient with us as we made our final selections, our install experience was terrible. 1st our Home Depot salesperson failed to tell us that if we have tile backsplash, we must remove it before our over the range microwave can be installed, the installers told us. Hence, I had to wait until we could have them removed and then call HD to reschedule installation. 2nd Well my microwave went up about 1month ago and just last night, the front fell down while trying to use it. It looks like the installers didn't use a big enough washer or cut the hole too big. The front part of my microwave is being held up by boards. I cannot use my stove nor microwave and Home Depot is telling us that they can't get anyone out today and possibly not even tomorrow. I have small children and cannot cook for them? This is ridiculous! Im afraid that the weight of the microwave will damage our glass top stove. This is a dangerous situation as our microwave is quite heavy. I'm very dissatisfied with the install vendors being used by Home Depot. Even if the Home Depot employees are nice, the installation is terrible which equates to an overall unsatisfactory experience.
