People are great but no parking near building and carried material out in rain. Parking up front is only for employees, online ordering, dav, and the usual handicap. Seems the rest of us are less important. Lowe's is down the road and parking is much better.

For over 9 years the people have been great, but customer service let me down. We bought top tier Behr paint and the quality was awful and they would not refund the paint despite the poor quality because the policy is non-refundable. This was not us not liking the color, but the quality of paint on our walls. They would not listen and constantly pointed to the sticker on the lid and said if we had a problem to contact Behr itself. Home Depot owns Behr so if they are selling bad quality they should be contacting Behr as it's a product problem, but instead we need to call Behr to get our money back. Not a very good policy and after having such good quality customer service this one incident will make me go somewhere else.

Home Depot is my place to go for home needs. I prefer their layout over others. Customer service is always good. And Milwaukee tools are sold here, so that's a plus.
