All I can say is,  my experience there today was excellent. I ordered some items & for them online, about an hour later, I received a text saying everything was all set. I went down & pick it up & that was it. Bing, bang, boom...easy pizee.

I ordered a patio dining set from Home Depot's online store. The glass table top  arrived completely shattered inside the box. There was no padding to protect the glass table top, only a thin sheet of paper that was wrapped around it. The outside of the box did not say "fragile" to indicate there was a breakable object inside the box. 

I called customer support and they said they could replace the item but the estimated arrival date would be 2.5 weeks after my original delivery was supposed to arrive. Based on their packing and delivery skills the first time around, I didn't want to wait 2.5 weeks to open another box of broken glass. 

The Seminole Home Depot store had 6 of these patio sets in stock and were available for home delivery within a couple of days. I spoke to the store manager and he said it could be delivered to my house but there would be an $80 delivery fee. Since they had delivered a broken item to my house, it seemed ridiculous to charge me to have a replacement item delivered. The manager eventually lowered the delivery fee to $40 but I still didn't want to pay extra to get an item I was already supposed to have. 

The most logical solution would have been for Seminole Home Depot to deliver a replacement item to my house within a couple days of my initial delivery date and to waive the delivery fee since it was a replacement for a broken item. Seminole Home Depot was more concerned about trying to get an extra $40 out of this rather than trying to fix the problem as soon as possible.

It seems a lot bigger than others very helpful staff. Needed key made they came right away I will do my H. D. shopping here. Don't return anything from online, took me a mo. to get a refund. But they took my money the next day.

I love this Home Depot everyone their is always nice an has a wonderful smile on their face they love their job .their is always someone their that can help you with what ever projected you need help with an they have different kinds of work shops so you can learn .Just love Home Depot. Thanks your all awesome keep up your great job .

Went in to buy some vinyl fencing and found the isle blocked off just for storage so I climbed over everything to get the post I needed then I needed just one fence panel to finish my fence well the only one they would offer me was damaged and they told me that's all they had but the app said they had more so I took a walk around the store and found they had a bunch still encased on a freight pallet so with workers hanging out chatting it up I had to open the the wooden pallet by myself to dig out the panel I needed. I won't be returning to this home depot the largo store has such better customer service you can't walk 10 feet in there without someone trying to help I couldn't get anyone to help at the Seminole store even after walking around it for 45 minutes
