Five rentals here everyone of them was a nightmare. I loathe having to go there. Never have what I need, very few employees are knowledgeable of products or location. Went today had neither items I needed. I'm a licensed contractor for 39 years. Really hope I never have to go to this place ever again.

The best experience I've ever had at a Home Depot (or anywhere I've rented a vehicle!) with Chris at the tool rental counter. I rushed in near the end of the day to get a truck rental and he made sure everything was done quickly so that I could get where I was going with my haul and back before they closed. Thanks Chris for both understanding and accommodating me when I was hurrying.

Now this is only for the Christmas tree part of Home Depot for this review. Granite the fires were going on while we went to get a tree it was only 5 days before Christmas because we didn't know if we would have a house or not. So we asked one of the Home Depot people, employees to help us out with a tree, he guaranteed this tree would last well into Christmas and probably into January. So we spent $54.98 on a tree, I know it's not a lot but it is at Christmas time. The tree died within 3 days of having it at the housen we watered it constantly did everything we should, this is horrible we could even turn the lights on in fear of this thing burning up. Contacted Home Depot and their response was basically you get what you pay for. We have been going to Home Depot for many years to get a tree and this is the way we're treated, I won't ever go back there again and I suggest everybody else do the same

Weak customer service, it feels like the employee's avoid having to help customers. There just not helpful. Twice in one year, I got really good help, from two different employee's. They were naturally outstanding sales people who had respectful customer service and enthusiasm just to work. The rest of the year I simply got lazy employees that look like they were trying to avoid as much work as possible.
