Staff was not very helpful at locating items onces i walked all over the store to find a item that had been located at the front of the store just one week before went to check out. The only check outs they had available was self check out and the woman was very rude that was running it after receiving a discount that i was entitled to went on to question if i was qualified for the discount. I was about to do alot of remodeling and was going to use them will now be going to Lowe's

Need more employees that are traded in plumbing. I ended waiting 25 minute to speak with someone that could help me. Everyone is friendly and the store is stocked very well. They need more smart home products.

The manager needs to stop people from parking and shopping in the loading area returned 300 dollars worth of lumber because the loading area was fI'll of parked cars. I will start doing my business with lowes from now on.
