I went here on my lunch break for a tool. I checked on the app beforehand if it was in stock and what aisle it was located. After 10 minutes of searching, I walked about 6 aisles to find an employee for help. After 10 minutes of searching, I could not find one. I went to the service counter to see if they can look up the SKU number and maybe locate the tool I needed. After 15 minutes of more waiting ( I am on a 30 minute lunch break), I showed them my phone with the app open, they told me its in the aisle I have been searching. The employee then decided to walk that aisle with me and help look. Then without saying anything he proceedes to help another gentleman in the aisle. So there I am, searching for what I need on the floor, digging behind the shelf, etc because I figure it is in stock, but the hanger it should be on is empty. I am finding all kinds of merchandise behind this rack and I am just making a pile of it all on the shelf. The employee looks at me like I am crazy and just decides he will help the other gentleman instead of me. I have shopped this Home Depot for years. I do not believe I will ever return.

Short staffed on a Friday afternoon (not first time). Long checkout lines and no help in sight. Nobody working the returns desk. Two people at customer service counter, but one on phone and the other making keys. Waited several minutes and nobody acknowledged me nor came to help.

I always get fast & friendly services from this location(Home Depot)..I luv this store!!👍😁

I would have given 5 stars until I had to use the restroom and was followed by an older female employee. She made my friends and I uncomfortable. What was I going to do put a microwave in a my pocket.... I'm disabled and was in an electric cart really....But on a positive note the young lady in the paint department was exceptional and extremely helpful.
