I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years and it is going down hill.   The selection is nice.  Store is clean.   But if you ever want help from an employee good luck!  Impossible to ever find one but when you do, they try their hardest not to make eye contact so they don't have to deal with you.   Today I had a simple question in tools, about 6 just walk by me.   I go to the register and ask for help.   Then the man who helps me talks to me like I'm an idiot for not knowing that they don't carry what I'm looking for.   If you ever need help, try Lowe's first

The staff are helpful except if they don't carry a product and their competitor Lowe's does, they won't tell you that. But we have done many small projects as amateurs with the guidance of the staff. Just know if they don't have it, check Lowe's

Associates are helpful when u can find them. Trying 2 find help in that place is awful. I walked from end 2 end looking 4 someone. Cashier was very nice.

Went to store to pick up bolts computer said they had in stock, but they did not have and staff very unapologetic and less than helpful offering no  solutions for their lousy inventory system.
