I needed some items for outside work. The people at Home Depot were very helpful. Finished my outside work and had material left over, so I returned what I didn't use with no hassle. Great store.

Great place.. Got help from a guy who hadn't punched in yet.. Knew all about what I was buying too.. Helped me pick up the heavy stuff and place it on the cart

Didn't have either of the two things I was looking for. You have them on your website but not in your store. Wasted trip!

Horrible customer service at desk. Great service and knowledgeable on floor. Horrible delivery. Managers need proper training.

This time I bought all I needed to replace an entire bathroom. My experience was ok. The contractor table people were too busy talking to help me. They told me to find some one in that department to help me they'd send some one, it didn't happen. I did find two fellows that helped me pull all the fixtures I needed. Two weeks ago I was in to buy an entire kitchen, prefab cabinets counter top etc etc. Again contractors table shooting the shot too busy. After several different floor associated and 45 minutes of waiting I finally got the help needed. 2 hours is ridiculous waiting for fork lift etc. Then once I got home one of the cabinets was smashed so i had to again go back to the store. an other trip and an hour waiting on forklift, then as I was installing cabinets a shelf was missing. An other 30 minutes in store to get one. Very disappointing experience to spend nearly 5k.
