The employees are getting more dumb, I asked where pop rivets were, 2 out of 3 employees  didn't know what pop rivets were let alone where they would be. Bought 2 pallets of fireproof flooring, brought up the sample piece to scan and the cashier asked if I wanted 2 pallets of samples or the actual flooring straight faced. Melinnials running a hardware store makes me wonder if the next generation will ever survive or be naturally selected. It would have been an amusing trip to video if it wasn't so aggravating. The most outstanding store for small contractors and homeowners alike.  The service is the best in the region. The prices are the best unless you are buying things like spray foam and hurricane ties. For things like this I recommend ordering online. The prices for mainstream items you cant beat online or in the surrounding region. They will make sure that you have a great experience every time!

I am really into yard and home improvement work, so I do enjoy wandering aimless around in here. However, they don't have a very big selection at this particular store (thankfully site-to-store is a thing now). The associates are usually friendly, that is, if you can find one-- so if you can't find something, it might be quicker to downloading the app and look it up (it tells you which aisle and shelf it's on). 
Also, if you are needing to get blinds/carpet cut or anything like that, just keep in mind my previous comment: it's very hard to find associates for help. We now plan accordingly, because we have waited upwards of 20 minutes for assistance.

We needed flooring, appliances, and bathroom cabinets for our new house.  We were in and out under 2 hours (with a happy 3 year old and puppy), which was shocking with the amount of things we needed to get.  Josh, the manager directed us to his skilled sales people to make sure that we got the best deals possible.  We ended up almost $7k under budget.  I highly recommend a visit!
