This store is very clean, customer service is very good and professionals about the store products, and the prices is moderate average. Plenty of parking space and also enough handicapped space parking.

I am upset with the delivery company they use. My wife bought a refrigerator that didn't fit through the door way so they took it back and said we refused it. She rebought it again and schedule another delivery. On that day the truck broke down. The next delivery I didn't take the door frame apart so it still didn't fit my mistake they didn't leave me with the dimension of the refrigerator. The 4th time they called me and my wife the day before to let us know they  were coming. They never came. I took the door frames apart so it could fit and they said we cancelled the 4th appointment. We got  confirmation calls and text on the cell phone saying  that they were coming from 1pm to 4pm that day. We called the company they blew Us  off. Does anyone care about Customer service anymore???  I never had a problem from other appliance company with  delivery and information. My wife went to your store not me. Do you  think we will ever by an appliance from you again??? I put 1 star because I had to so it could post.

My experiences there this morning was poor.  I was there getting some electrical connectors for my job today. I was only able to get some of the materials I needed. I asked for help twice and waited over 20 minutes for help. No one came. Ken a vendor tried to help me to get some to help me. He was great. Then while I was waiting. I saw an older lady wearing an orange apron  working in the electrical. And I went and as asked her for help she said to me. I can't help. U need to find a person wearing an orange vest or apron.  My experience there this morning was horrible. At check out in the self check out area I was being a fly on the wall. Listening to three cashier's talk about the difference between people of color and portitrican people and their belief of being parents and good people. The one cashier that was at her post. Was talking about holding a knife to someone's throat. I don't know what to say to this. I shop here all the time. I am starting to wonder why. If it wasn't for people like Ken and Brianna I would taking my business some where else.

Shopped in this store today. Two items were over charged at check out. I'm glad I was paying attention.
