Was there may 2 2018. I was in a hurry and was almost immediately approached by a very energetic gentleman that asked me if I needed any help. This was the first time I've had this experience and I hope he is recognized for it. I needed help finding correct gutter downspout fittings and he took me directly to the place which would have taken me a while to find. Most of the time someone just points to the aisle and about 50% of the time the item isn't there. In this case without me asking he walked me to the aisle and to the exact location and then troubleshot my issue. 
I didn't catch his name but he had tattoos both on his face and arms and had a short haircut. I hope he is recognized for making Home Depot a better place to shop and his eagerness to help customers.

Great customer service.  The only issue was with Home Depot's inventory system that didn't seem to know what was in stock when we placed an online order.  But they were very helpful and we ended up finding the right product.

Secrets to Successful Home Improvement Store:
1.) Plan a small and cramped version of your model in an already overcrowded residential area. 
2.) Create the smallest representation of a parking lot you can possibly think of. 
3.) Make a virtual third of said parking lot only available to those with handicapped stickers and/or Parking Pro Customers.

My favorite Home Depot to go to. Always neat and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot layout is a little challenging. During peak times it may be hard to find parking. Going on weekends not recommended.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store was a little bit cluttered. Some places I had to turn around with my motorized cart and go in the other direction
