Generally I don't require much of Home Depot other than to provide convenience to get what I'm looking for and quickly check out which they do well. However, it is disappointing that I've found that they don't really back up the products that they sell. I purchased a bathtub glass sliding door and on installation, the entire door abruptly exploded into a million tiny glass shards. Forgetting about the inconvenience and injuries sustained, I just wanted to get a replacement unit so that I could complete the project in the same weekend. Unfortunately "Tom" determined that the best they could do is cover 50% and I would instead have to take it up with the manufacturer. That's ok for mediocre service if that's what they are striving for but I don't need this store in this town when I have Amazon giving better service. I will think twice about where I take my business next time. I've posted pictures of this disaster of a project...I wish this Home Depot could have stepped up to help a formerly loyal customer!

I frequent Home Depot and this one is in my top 10 most visited. The customer service has degraded to nothing. They advertise this app to find things. Which is great for the occasional diy project but for pros trying to get in and out and missing one thing they can't find it's awful. What really hurts is that any employee under the age of 40 can't function without the app. Make the employees learn the store or lower your prices and your staff number and I'll use the app.

I frequent this location I'm usually disappointed by the customer service, however, this morning was not the normal circumstance. Ryan, in the plumbing dept, was everything I was hoping for in HD customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I needed a replacement hot water heater and, though he stated early on he was not an expert, he answered all my questions and assisted as I talked through what i was looking for and needed. Thank You for the help this morning Ryan!

Humiliating experience at this Home Depot! The customer service agent known as Amanda at the service desk provided exceptionally poor customer service. As an individual who buys tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment at Home Depot on a yearly basis. I will never shop at this location again. The inability to conduct even the simplest of transactions and outright refusal to contact the store manager is what I feel makes this home depot terrible at customer service. Refusal to contact a manager despite multiple requests. Inability to handle the pro desk on a Sunday. Amanda refused to escalate my simple issue.
