Only one person to mix everyone's paint. I was in line. Only 2 in front of me. You need to get a number . I was waiting for 30 minutes in line. A regular - handyman at this store Came in took the number from a man that was already been served. Tried to cut in line in front of all of the rest of us. Claiming to be next in line. I said no. He backed off. But , was servered before the others that pulled a number for next in line.

The people are so friendly and welcoming! The Pro Desk makes sure to go above and beyond the call of duty and make sure we the customer are completely satisfied with thier services! The Pro Truck driver even went as far as bringing the material in to my home, he provided best customer service to me and my family!

Great products, terrible customer service! I waited 25 minutes at the water heater section; they called 4 separate times for customer assistance--came when I gave up!

They have pretty much everything you are looking for in a store of this kind however some of their products although sold as new have beat up packaging. I bought this pressure washer and I'm concern I might get a surprise, we'll see.
